Chris McCormick

Chris McCormick has extensive experience in corporate leadership, currently serving as an Independent Director and Chair of the Capital Allocation Committee at Big Lots Stores since July 2018, and as an Independent Director at Levi Strauss & Co. since April 2016. Previous roles include Independent Director at Sun Life from May 2017 to May 2019 and CEO of L.L.Bean from May 2001 to April 2016, after progressing through various positions within the company since 1983. Chris McCormick began professional career as a Marketing Manager at Garden Way Vermont from 1980 to 1983. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fairfield University (1973-1978) and completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2000.
