Heather Roussel

Heather Roussel is an accomplished merchandising professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising for Global Women's, Collections, Collaborations, Accessories, and Footwear at Levi Strauss & Co. since August 2019, Roussel has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of LSA Merchandising & Licensing and Vice President of Global Women's Merchandising. Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Roussel was the Chief Merchandising Officer at ONE Jeanswear Group from March 2005 to June 2019 and held the position of Director of Merchandising at Gap Inc. from 1998 to 2005. Roussel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Bradley University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
