Kelly McGinnis is currently the SVP, Chief Communications Officer at Levi Strauss & Co. Prior to this, they were with Dell for three years as vice president, global communications overseeing global communications including internal and external communications. Before that, they were with AxiCom for two years as President US. Kelly has also worked as a consultant with Visa and with Young & Rubicam as Enfatico PR.

Kelly McGinnis has a fellowship in leadership training from Coro Midwestern Center, an MPA in public administration from University of Washington, and a BA in political science, creative writing, social work from Miami University. Kelly also has a certificate in creative leadership from CCL and another in public administration from the Center for Creative Leadership.

Their manager is Chip Bergh, President & CEO. Some of their coworkers include Liz O'Neill - EVP, COO, Seth Ellison - EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, and Harmit Singh - EVP, CFO.
