Joshua W. has over 15 years of work experience. In 2006, they began their career as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy. In 2013, they moved to BC Group International as an On Site Coordinator, where they upgraded paper system for 50+ hospital systems to cloud to enable remote support to client site, designed and built comprehensive training program, and traveled throughout the United States representing B.C. Group as a sole technical representative. In 2016, they became a Program Manager at Cyan Swim Academy, where they helped manage multiple aspects of the company to include marketing, human resources, scheduling, and promotion. In 2017, they moved to FUKUDA DENSHI USA Inc. as an Electronic Technician. In 2018, they became a Technical Project Manager and Curriculum Development and Training Supervisor at Computing Kids, where they trained, managed, supported, and mentored 20+ personnel teaching at 30+ locations in the Seattle area. In 2019, they moved to Amazon as a Project Manager, where they created and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training resources, wiki pages and other tools on New Hire Orientation operational processes. In 2020, they moved to Microsoft as a Project Manager, where they optimized rhythm of business (ROB) including staff meetings, business reporting, etc. and drove alignment across six teams and collaborated with the broader WCB community to connect moving parts and complete internal/external business requirements. In 2021, they moved to lululemon as a Project Manager. In 2022, they moved to Leviathan Security Group as a Program Manager.

Joshua W. has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they earned an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Excelsior University. Joshua continued their studies at Excelsior University and in 2015, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies - Technology Management. In 2016, Joshua obtained a Certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from Coder Camps. Additionally, Joshua has obtained three certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021, ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2019, and WorkBoard Expert from Certified WoBo Platform Expert.
