Jane Kim

Jane Kim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC since April 2023, Jane previously held the position of Senior Regulatory Counsel at Canyon Partners, LLC from March 2015 to April 2023. Prior to that, Jane worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management as Senior Counsel from September 2010 to March 2015, and began the career as an Associate in the Asset Management Group and International Trade Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2004 to September 2010. Jane holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, obtained in 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, earned in 1996.
