Matthew Rich joined LLCP in 2014 and currently serves as a Partner of the Firm. In this capacity, he participates actively in the management and oversight of the U.S. investment team, portfolio management, workflow delegation, investment due diligence and transaction execution. Matthew is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining LLCP, Matthew was a Vice President with Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-based middle market private equity firm, and previously a principal investor with Kayne Anderson in Los Angeles. He began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. Matthew received a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar and a Joseph Wharton fellow.
