Avishay Gerczuk

Avishay Gerczuk is a skilled professional in the field of linguistics and translation, currently serving as a Lecturer at Levinsky-Wingate Academic College, focusing on CAT Tools and AI in Translation within the Translation Certificate Program since 2023. Concurrently, Gerczuk acts as a Content Editor for the Department of Translation and Interpreting Studies at Bar-Ilan University and has contributed as a Research Assistant specializing in Irony and Pragmatics. Previous experience includes working as a Transcriber and Linguist Tester at RWS Moravia and managing office operations, social media, and marketing for Fish Tales Theatre. Gerczuk holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics, along with a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, and a Bachelor's degree in Classical and Ancient Studies, all from Bar-Ilan University.
