Previous roles include Director of Digital Customer Experience at Capgemini, where Kevin contributed to global business transformation through technology, and Head of Digital at Empired, responsible for leading digital strategy and experience design. Kevin's earlier career includes technical leadership roles at Orchard Marketing and various positions in application development across multiple organizations, showcasing a strong foundation in digital solutions and project management. Kevin holds a BSc in Multimedia Systems from Liverpool John Moores University.
