The Human Resources and Support team at Levvel is dedicated to fostering a supportive and innovative work environment. The team consists of roles such as Recruiter, Policy Officer, Specialist Youth Care Provider, Crisis Intervention Specialist, Trainee Psychologist (GZ-psychologist), Pedagogical Worker, and Specialist Outpatient Care Provider. Their main responsibilities include recruiting and retaining top talent, formulating effective policies, offering specialized youth support, providing urgent crisis intervention, training future psychologists, delivering pedagogical guidance, and ensuring comprehensive outpatient care, all aimed at helping children, youth, and families thrive and reach new heights in their lives.
