Kevin M. Troyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and strategic support for startups and established businesses. Currently serving as a fractional COO/CoS at Levy since May 2024, Kevin specializes in enhancing back-office operations and enabling founders to concentrate on core business activities. Previously, as Director of Strategy & Operations at Empire Flippers from January 2018 to May 2024, Kevin successfully scaled the company from 10 to over 80 employees and increased sales from $31 million to $163 million. Kevin's career also includes significant roles in M&A transactions at Norman Island Advisors as Chief of Staff and various positions in wealth management and real estate. Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
