Christopher Hamilton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Christopher started their career in 2010 as a Restaurant Manager at Hilton Worldwide, where they managed the day-to-day operations of a restaurant in a union hotel and focused on improving guest service and increasing beverage revenue. Christopher then worked as an Operations Manager at The Zen Hotel from 2011 to 2012, where they were responsible for the overall operation of the hotel and played a key role in negotiating group rates and achieving recognition from Trip Advisor. In 2012, they joined Marriott International as an Operations Manager, overseeing the operations of both food and beverage and front office departments. During their tenure, they also served as the Manager on Duty for the entire hotel and dealt with guest issues. From 2012 to 2014, Christopher worked at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, initially as a Gazebo Bar & Grill Manager and later as an Assistant Outlets Manager, a Fountain Restaurant Manager, and a Banquet Manager. In these roles, they gained experience in managing restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces, planning large events, and increasing guest satisfaction. Christopher then joined Spectra in 2014, where they held various positions including Director of Food and Beverage at The Mountain Winery and General Manager at Angel of the Winds Arena and a Conference Center. In these roles, they oversaw day-to-day food and beverage operations, managed multiple departments and employees, and worked closely with the sales and marketing teams. Christopher'smost recent position is with Levy Restaurants as a General Manager and Regional Director of Operations, starting in 2020, where they continue to oversee operational responsibilities at multiple venues.
Christopher Hamilton attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Level 1 Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in June 2014, a Coffee Expert certification from Illy Coffee in March 2013, and a Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association in October 2012.
