Eiman Karim

Eiman Karim is the Director of Hospitality & Strategy at Levy Restaurants, responsible for overseeing hospitality, strategy, and performance at the Boston Convention Center. Previously, Eiman worked as a Sr. Catering Sales Manager and Catering Sales Manager at Bally’s Corporation, organizing various themed events and private dinner events. Eiman also has experience as a Psychiatry Assistant, handling appointment scheduling, medical documents, and customer relations. Additionally, Eiman owned KARIM CONSULTING, providing translation services between Arabic and English for companies and government entities. Eiman holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Baghdad.
