Joe Kolegue

Joe Kolegue is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Banquets at Levy Restaurants since July 2017. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Hudson Grille and General Manager at Noca Eatery & Bar, in addition to various positions at Buffalo Wild Wings and Roswell City Grill. Joe Kolegue spent over a decade as Managing Partner with Fox & Hound Restaurant Group, honing extensive expertise in restaurant management. Joe Kolegue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University, which was obtained between 1974 and 1978.
