Justin Franco

Justin Franco is currently serving as the Vice President of Hospitality and Strategy at Levy Restaurants since December 2020. Prior to this role, Justin worked as the Director of Operations and Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants. Before joining Levy Restaurants, Justin was the Executive Banquet Chef at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos from August 2018 to March 2020. Justin also has experience as a private Chef and catering company owner at Invitation to Dine LLC, where Justin specialized in large scale special events and private dinners. Justin's diverse background also includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Technical Sergeant. Justin holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Fitness, and Restaurant Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
