Lou Morga

Lou Morga is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in operational leadership and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation Deployment & Mobilization at Levy Restaurants since June 2015, Morga has notably led food and beverage operations at Nationals Park, enhancing local partnerships and managing significant events such as the 2018 MLB All-Star Game and the 2019 World Series. Previous experience includes positions as Regional Manager in Florida overseeing multiple venues, Director of Operations at Marlins Park, and various roles with Aramark, culminating as Director of Operations at LP Field. Morga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University.
