Terrence Cave is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants since December 2016, Terrence previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Troon from October 2015 to January 2016. Prior experience includes a tenure as Premium Chef De Cuisine with Aramark Refreshment Services from February 2011 to October 2015, where Terrence directed Premium Catering for prestigious events such as the 2012 All-Star Game and the 2015 World Series, providing premium support for venues like M&T Stadium and Prudential Center. Terrence is a blue ribbon graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, where culinary and pastry skills were honed, and also attended Iona University.
