Mariapia Muthoni

Mariapia Muthoni has had extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mariapia started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation in 2016. Mariapia then moved on to the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in 2017, where they held various roles. Mariapia started as a Human Resource Assistant and later became a Human Resource Officer, responsible for implementing policies and procedures, managing HR processes, and advising the HR Manager on various HR matters. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Head of Human Resources at the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, where they play a critical role in ensuring the right workforce is in place to meet the organization's objectives.

Mariapia Muthoni's education history begins in 2014 when they enrolled at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
