Kim Finley

Kim Finley is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at LEWCO, Inc. since March 2020, Kim has played a key role in managing HR functions for the company. Prior to this, Kim held various positions at JBT FoodTech, starting as an HR Assistant in 2003, progressing to HR Coordinator, and continuing to work for John Bean Technologies Corporation from 1983 to the present. Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Organizational Management from Tiffin University, which was completed between 2006 and 2014.
