Joshua Manning

Joshua Manning, LLS, serves as the General Manager and Civil Planning & Land Development Manager at Lewis Builders Development, Inc. since June 2001. Joshua holds multiple licenses, including NH Licensed Land Surveyor, NH Licensed Septic Designer, NH Licensed Septic Installer, and NH Certified Septic Inspector. In addition to these roles, Joshua has been actively involved in the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association as the Professional Practice Director and has served as Program Committee Co-Chair for the Granite State Designers and Installers Association since 2017. Joshua is also a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the New Hampshire Home Builders Association. Prior to these positions, Joshua worked in garage maintenance at Lewis Equipment Company from 1998 to 2001. Joshua earned an Associate's degree in Surveying and Mapping from the University of New Hampshire, and completed secondary education at Timberlane Regional High School.
