Bill Ruch serves as the Chair of the Tech-Based Economic Development Practice at Lewis-Burke Associates LLC since January 2012, bringing extensive experience as a science and technology lobbyist and government relations consultant. Previously, Bill held positions within the firm as Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate, focusing on client account management, strategic consulting, and lobbying on issues related to economic development and technology transfer. Bill began the career as a Legislative Research Assistant, contributing research and administrative support for congressional matters. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Defender at Michigan State University and a Legislative Intern with the Michigan House of Representatives. Bill also worked as an Ordinary Seaman with The Interlake Steamship Company. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University in 2011.
