Carolyn Fritz

Carolyn has over 25 years of corporate executive leadership and service on boards of food and agriculture companies. Carolyn is a seasoned board member and CEO, and has board of director experience in the US and internationally. She has been the CEO of four companies spanning the synthetic biology, food technology, industrial and ag biotechnology industries and has extensive experience in business formation, fundraising, M&A, corporate development and global operations. Carolyn is currently Chairman of the Board of DMC Biotechnologies, a Board Director at Cellucomp Ltd, and a Strategic Advisor to Exopolymer, Holiferm, and to Lewis & Clark AgriFood portfolio company, Brightseed. She was previously on the boards of Allylix Inc, Innovase, and BIO. Numerous years ago, Dave Taiclet and Carolyn worked together at Cargill.
