Lee-Anne Botha

Lee-Anne Botha is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in HR management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Lewis Group Ltd since October 2017, Lee-Anne previously held the position of Regional People Support Manager at PEP from October 2008 to August 2016, overseeing HR functions for approximately 110 stores and 550 staff in the Western Cape. Lee-Anne's career began at Intercessor Recruiting as a Recruitment Consultant in 2008, following a solid educational foundation with a National Diploma in Human Resource Management obtained from Cape Peninsula University of Technology between 2004 and 2007.
