Jennifer Hurley McGay

Jennifer Hurley McGay is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Currently a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group at Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles LLP since October 2017, Jennifer has previously held partner roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Bingham McCutchen LLP, focusing on commercial and financial institutions litigation. Early in their career, Jennifer was a partner at McKee Nelson LLP and King & Spalding LLP, as well as a litigation associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Jennifer began their legal career as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court in Connecticut and has a strong academic background, earning a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from The University of Toledo College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Albany.
