Kevin G. Mescall

Kevin G. Mescall is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, trial, and mediation, particularly in bodily injury and property damage cases, including catastrophic injury and products liability. Currently a partner at Ahmuty Demers & McManus since May 2022, Kevin has also served as a partner and senior counsel at Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles LLP since February 2012. Formerly, Kevin held the position of senior trial attorney at Cozen O'Connor, where responsibilities included leading cases involving significant bodily injury claims related to the 9/11 terrorist attack. Kevin has a rich background with a private practice, a managing role at Continental Casualty Company, and earlier roles in municipal liability and general practice. Kevin earned a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
