Michael W. Cabrera

Michael Cabrera provides regulatory and administrative counsel for homeowners, developers, economic development organizations, and real estate investors at all stages of property acquisition, land planning, zoning, and redevelopment projects. He has experience working with a variety of administrative agencies, conducting extensive analysis and due diligence for land use, historic preservation, and zoning ordinances.

Licensed in both Nevada and Washington, D.C., Michael has pursued his interest in regulatory, administrative, and political law by serving on Nevada political campaigns and governmental agencies, including the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and the Nevada State Assembly. He graduated from American University Washington College of Law and interned with the Office of the Attorney General D.C., Public Safety Division and with the Honorable Gladys Kessler, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Michael has appeared before Nevada and Washington, D.C. courts, as well as administrative agencies and municipal governments.

A highly effective communicator, Michael is able to establish relationships of trust with clients and colleagues. Michael's focused approach and clear communication style inspires trust and creates a collaborative environment for his clients. He blends his thoroughness and ability to multitask in order to find solutions that produce mutually beneficial results.

During his free time, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors hiking the Nevada trails with his partner and their husky.
