Caroline McGregor

Caroline McGregor is an experienced professional in talent development and learning management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at Lewis Silkin since February 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of Talent Development Director at FloSports from March 2022 to February 2023 and has an extensive background at Lewis Silkin, where Caroline worked as a Learning and Development Manager from September 2018 to December 2020. Additional roles include Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, Learning & Development Business Partner at Aurum Holdings, and Learning & Development Advisor at Burberry, among others. Caroline holds an MA (Hons) in Business Economics and Marketing from the University of Dundee and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Dundee College.
