Frances Simm

Frances Simm is a highly experienced solicitor advocate specializing in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Lewis Silkin since January 2016, Frances advises on a wide array of commercial disputes, particularly those in the High Court and involving arbitration and partnership law. Prior experience includes working at CMS Cameron McKenna, where Frances assisted clients with various dispute resolution processes and managed commercial settlement negotiations. Additional experience includes roles at Cambridge University Press and Royal Mail, focusing on compliance and litigation-related investigations respectively. Frances holds an LLM in Professional Legal Practice and has completed the LPC and GDL at BPP Law School and the College of Law, Guildford, culminating in a History degree from the University of York.
