Mike O'Connor

Mike O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career at Park Ridge Health System in 1991, where they worked as an HR Manager for the Long Term Care department until 1996. Following this, they joined Bausch & Lomb, where they held various HR roles. Mike started as an HR Manager in the Strategic Staffing department from 1996 to 1998. Mike then worked as an HR Manager for the Eyewear Division from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they became the Director of Human Resources for Europe, Middle East & Africa, where they had the responsibility of driving HR initiatives across the region. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the VP of Human Resources for Global Research, Development, & Engineering at Bausch & Lomb. Lastly, they held the position of VP of Human Resources/Corporate Staff from 2005 to 2008, driving companywide, strategic HR initiatives. In 2009, Mike joined Lewis Tree Service Inc. as the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the HR and Risk management functions for a large workforce spread across multiple states.

Mike O'Connor attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they attended Ithaca College from 1981 to 1985, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
