Steven Soeder

Steven Soeder is a highly experienced operations leader with a strong background in both corporate and military settings. Currently serving as Division Manager at Lewis Tree Service Inc. since June 2017, Steven oversees a $35 million business unit, managing a team of regional supervisors and small business managers in a high-risk industry. Prior military experience includes roles as Brigade Chief of Operations for the US Army's 3rd Brigade Combat Team, where Steven managed operational activities for over 4,300 personnel, and various positions in the 101st Airborne Division, overseeing logistics, training, and operational planning. Steven holds an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
