Ella Fitzgerald

Ella Fitzgerald serves as the Vice President and Division Manager for Homeland & Foreign Affairs at MANTECH since July 2025, previously holding the position of Senior Executive Director for Digital Practice, Platforms & Enterprise Apps. Prior to MANTECH, Fitzgerald was with Groundswell from May 2022 to August 2025 as a Strategic Advisor and Executive Vice President for Digital & Emerging Markets, leading the establishment of a unified business platform that resulted in significant growth. Fitzgerald's extensive experience at Accenture from October 1998 to May 2022 included serving as Managing Director in various capacities, driving digital innovation and growth in emerging accounts and homeland security. Fitzgerald's educational background includes a double B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia, along with executive certifications in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
