Michelle Clifton

Michelle Clifton, PhD, serves as the Director of Prison Education at Lewis University since September 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in academia and ethical leadership. Previously, Michelle held various positions at North Park University from September 2003 to July 2022, including Professor of Theology & Ethics, Dean of Faculty, and Director of the School of Restorative Arts. In addition to academic roles, Michelle is the owner of Integrated Fitness, a business established in January 1996. Michelle's scholarly foundation includes a PhD in Social Ethics and Theology from Loyola University Chicago and advanced degrees in Theology from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and North Park Theological Seminary, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Exercise Physiology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
