Stefany Shauer is a skilled Medical Technologist with extensive experience in laboratory operations and patient care. Currently serving as a Volunteer Phlebotomist at Rescue Mission since August 2023 and simultaneously employed at LewisGale Regional Health System since September 2022, Stefany demonstrates proficiency in hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood bank, chemistry, and microbiology. Prior experience includes a role at Memorial Hermann Health System from November 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed test performance and lab operations management.
