Ame Sweetall currently serves as President & CEO of LexArts Inc., a position held since October 2020, while also being the Owner of APS Communications since October 2004. Additionally, Ame briefly held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at God's Pantry Food Bank from August 2017 to March 2018. Ame completed a Doctor of Law (JD) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law between 1989 and 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Eckerd College from 1985 to 1989.

LexArts is greater Lexington’s premier cultural development, advocacy and fundraising organization.
