Michelle de Vries

Michelle de Vries is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Advocaat M&A at Lexence since April 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Juridisch medewerker at the same firm and completed an internship as a student-stagiaire in early 2021. Earlier experience includes internships at Florent, focusing on corporate law, insolvency law, and litigation, as well as a stint at Dirkzwager legal & tax, where the focus was on corporate law, government and real estate, and health law. Michelle began their career as a Student Marketeer at Red Bull, managing promotions and market research from 2017 to 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Ondernemingsrecht and a Bachelor’s degree in rechtsgeleerdheid with a specialization in Ondernemingsrecht, both obtained from Tilburg University.
