Alba Morell has worked in the business and social services industries. Alba began their career at Wayalia in 2019 as a Social Worker. In 2020, they joined Lexgo as a Partnerships & Business Development professional.

Alba Morell attended Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Cultural Resource Management and Policy Analysis. Prior to that, they attended Universidad de La Laguna from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Grado in Social Work.
