Caroline Gick

Director, Account Management at Lexi

Caroline Gick has held a variety of roles in the past 16 years. From 2006-2017, they worked as a Senior Community Library Manager at CONTRA COSTA COUNTY LIBRARY, where they supervised a staff of 30 across multiple locations, managed day-to-day facility and library operations, and created strong service-oriented teams. From 2017-2019, they held the role of Customer & Channel Operations Manager at Motiv Inc., where they provided high-level support for partner-related customer service issues and liaised with customer support teams. From 2019-2022, they were a Team Lead for Customer Operations & CX (Customer Experience) at Proxy, where they managed remote teams across time-zones to deliver high-quality service to global customers and their end-users. Currently, they are the Director of Account Management at Lexi.

Caroline Gick obtained their B.A. in Art Caroline'story from Clark University between 1990 and 1993. Caroline then went on to receive their MLIS in Library & Information Sciences from San Jose State University between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Caroline obtained a Customer Experience Leadership certification from LinkedIn in October 2022.
