Alice Ward-Johnson, PhD, is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in leadership, training, and instructional design. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Lexia Learning since October 2020, Alice also holds roles as a Field Supervisor for Westat, overseeing data collection and managing a team, and as the Center Director for Best Brains Learning Center in Keller. Additionally, Alice is an Adjunct Professor at LeTourneau University, teaching graduate-level courses in Educational Assessments and Instructional Planning, and has also instructed at Weatherford College. Previous experiences include training for the 2020 Census at Maximus, facilitating test preparation workshops, and serving as an Implementation Manager for educational technology companies. Alice earned a PhD in Education from Capella University and has multiple degrees in educational leadership, curriculum, and business administration.
