Caroline Penfield is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in account management and client relations. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Lexia Learning since February 2022, Caroline is responsible for building relationships with high-level decision-makers and managing a geographical territory pipeline to meet sales goals. Prior to this role, Caroline spent a decade at Jostens as a Senior Sales Representative, where responsibilities included driving net revenue growth and client expansion in the Greater Chicago region, as well as overseeing various aspects of sales management and marketing. This role was preceded by a position as Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Excel Scholastic/Jostens, where responsibilities included managing office operations and creating marketing materials. Earlier in Caroline's career, an Assistant Director and Lead Teacher position at The Children's Workshop highlighted expertise in education and childcare. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Regis University.
