Kathy Doody

Kathy Doody is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Lexia Learning, Kathy has held various roles including Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on agile practices and LAMP stack applications. Prior to Lexia, Kathy worked as Principal Software Engineer at TriNetX, Inc., driving frontend development and adopting new technologies like React and Redux. Earlier positions included development roles at MIT and Knowledgevision Systems, as well as self-employment in web development. Kathy's career began at Zymark and Digital Equipment Corporation, where leadership in manufacturing operations and engineering roles was demonstrated. Kathy holds an MBA from Clark University, a BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a certificate in Client-Server Application Development from Boston University.
