Colleen Sargent

Colleen Sargent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and service delivery leadership. Currently serving as Service Delivery Lead at Lexico since April 2024, Sargent previously held key roles such as Technology Delivery Lead at Accenture from September 2019 to April 2024 and VP of Information Technology at WellCare Health Plans from May 2015 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as Managing Partner at Daffodil Synergy, LLC, and VP of Application Delivery and Information Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Sargent has also served in executive roles at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities included EVP of Business Information Officer for Wholesale Banking and EVP of Quality Assurance, as well as holding a Partner position at Accenture. Additional experience includes serving as IS Leader at Best Buy. Colleen Sargent holds a Master of Education in Training & Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BS in Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
