Damani Short

Damani Short is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Board Director for Marcus Performing Arts Center since May 2021 and as President & CEO of Lexico since May 2016, Damani has previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Shutterfly Inc., Executive Director of IT Risk Management at Johnson Controls, and Chief Information Officer for the U.S. Olympic Committee. With a strong background in IT risk management, product development, and technology strategy, Damani has successfully led initiatives for global companies such as SC Johnson, GE Healthcare, and several others, culminating in over two decades of expertise in technology-driven solutions. Educated at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology, Damani continues to influence the intersection of technology and business management.
