Robyn Caspersen

Robyn Caspersen, CPA, currently serves as the Director and Vice Chairman of the Board at Lexicon Bank and as a Governing Board Member for the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada since 2014. Previously, Robyn was involved with United Way of Southern Nevada from 2010 to 2019 as a Board Member, Interim President & CEO, and Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council. Robyn also founded UrgentPoint, a healthcare consolidation platform, and spent over 14 years at Deloitte in various roles including Partner, Senior Manager, and Audit Manager, focusing on audit services and client interactions in manufacturing, energy, and telecommunications. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University.
