Software Engineering Manager at Lexicon Travel Technologies

Dan Shroyer began their professional career in 1998 as a Kauffman Entrepreneurial Intern at World Power Technologies Inc. where they researched and recommended a new accounting software package, developed and managed a "Just in Time" inventory control system, and handled all the purchasing for the shop floor. In 2000, they moved to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis where they served as an Information Systems Internal Auditor, performing technical audits of the Information Technology departments and developing and performing comprehensive audit programs for Windows NT and Windows 2000 operating systems. In 2001, they joined Deer Valley Resort as a Senior Software Developer/Software Development Manager, leading a team of developers and consultants in creating a service-oriented POS/CRM software platform. Dan also served as the primary web developer/project manager on a project to redesign Deer Valley's complete web presence. In 2018, they became the Software Engineering Manager at Lexicon Travel Technologies, leading a team of developers in converting a legacy platform into a new micro service based system.

Dan Shroyer attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1996 to 2000, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.
