Claudia Vivas

Claudia Vivas, has worked notably as a Lawyer in legal firms of great prestige in Nicaragua, practicing extensively in the areas of Corporate Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Administrative Processes, Energy and Hydrocarbons and Real Estate. She has extensive experience in local legal practice as an advisor to companies as well as non governmental organizations and embassies, and served as Senior Legal Advisor for the Economic Section of the United States Embassy in Nicaragua. Her extensive experience includes, among other things, advice to national and international companies in the development of commercial, civil and corporate contracts of regional application. She also has extensive experience in advising in the Energy and Hydrocarbons sector in obtaining permits and licenses for the development of energy projects in Nicaragua.
