Enrique Escobar has extensive experience in the financial, energy and arbitration fields; He has served as manager of legal departments and legal advisor to several local and international banking entities, including Banco Agrícola, S.A., one of the largest banks in the region. He has also served as Tax Manager of KPMG, has been a member of several boards of state entities such as ANDA (National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers) and SIGET (Superintendence of Telecommunications and Electricity) as well as private, such as CASALCO (Chamber Salvadoran from the Construction Industry).
His legal career has been the base for leading Lexincorp El Salvador. Enrique specializes in issues related to international arbitration, competition law, property and corporate governance structures both locally and internationally and acquisitions of high-profile companies in the country. In addition, he has advised several corporate and individual clients, with an emphasis on energy, managing to qualify companies to be power generators successfully.
