José Fuxet

José Andrés Fuxet Ciani has extensive experience in the area of real estate, having served as general manager of the real estate department of Lexincorp and advised important and major groups of developers and builders of housing projects in Guatemala. He has in addition collaborated in the planning of such projects, including advice on corporate reorganization, bringing along the capital restructuring of the various groups he advised.

Derived from the real estate field, he has also had extensive experience in the constitution of commercial companies both locally and off-site, as part of the business organization of his clients.

Throughout his professional career he has participated and advised the constitution of more than 15 condominiums, both houses and apartments through Condominium Regimes and Horizontal Property.
