Marc Gallardo

Marc Gallardo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive expertise in technology, corporate law, and digital privacy. Since January 2015, Marc serves as the President of the TIC Section at Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona and is a partner at RSM Spain from October 2017. As a founding partner of Lexing Spain, Marc advises national and multinational companies on various legal matters, including new technologies. Within the international Lexing network, Marc acts as Vice President and a member of the Executive Committee, providing guidance on technology law across over 30 countries. Additionally, Marc holds positions as a professor at multiple institutions and has a background in digital privacy leadership with the Union Internationale des Avocats. Marc's educational credentials include degrees from noted universities such as The George Washington University and the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
