Theresa Parks was previously employed at Fayette County Property Valuation Office for 30 years as Supervisor of Computer Operations and retired in 1999. Theresa worked at Rector Hayden Realtors from 2000 to 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. After the housing slump, she went to work at Lexington Housing Authority In the leasing department of the Public Housing Division. Theresa joined the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission Board in 2014, where she served as Board Secretary and Community Relations/Housing Committee Chair until the end of her term. Theresa graduated from Bryan Station High School and Kentucky College of Business.
