Ken Crews, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Ken began their career as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Douglas Battery in 1981 and remained in that role until 2004. Ken then joined Inmar as the Director of Employee Relations / Culture Development and held that position until 2012. In 2012, they joined Lexington Home Brands as the Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to their corporate roles, they have also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Duke University since 2017.

Ken Crews, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Relations / Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Following this, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Appalachian State University, specializing in Business. This degree was completed between 1996 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Ken Crews has also earned several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2015 and the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2000.
