Joanne Keating

Joanne Keating has an extensive work history spanning several companies and roles. Joanne began their career in 1983 as a Partner at Morrison Mahoney LLP, where they worked until 2000. Following this, they held the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Sterling Collision Centers, Inc. - Corporate Office from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Lexington Insurance Company as Vice President and Senior Associate General Counsel until 2014. During this time, they also served as Managing Attorney from 2014 to 2015. In 2014, they joined AIG as an Associate General Counsel, specializing in Multinational & U.S. Loss Sensitive Primary Casualty. In 2018, they transitioned to Lexington Insurance Company as Head of Legal. Joanne's most recent position, starting in February 2018, is Deputy General Counsel at AIG.

Joanne Keating has a LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Joanne also holds a J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law. Joanne completed their undergraduate education at Boston College, where they earned an A.B. degree in History.
